This newly refurbished and beautifully designed house is located within a quiet mews, just moments away from world famous Hyde Park, with access to Connaught Village and Marble Arch amenities, including all the renowned retailers at Oxford Street and Bond Street. This elegant house is set over 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cosy living room & a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a delightful meal. This is a lovely property suitable for older families and couples. The space The house is perfectly setup for a trip to London. Two bedrooms boast sumptuous king sized beds and the third one a comfortable bunk bed. Both bathrooms have bath tubs and the master one also includes a shower. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Please note there is no dishwasher or washing machine in this property. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 7 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £176 inc VAT. Payment will be taken at the time of the booking, and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. For longer bookings, Mid Stay Cleans will be required to take place weekly. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
